Simon graduated with merit from Leeds University in 2011 and was awarded the Rogerson Prize in extractions. Since graduation, Simon has gained experience working in oral and maxillofacial surgery, at Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield. Simon has also worked as a general dental practitioner in both NHS and private dental practices, and has provided treatment for both his own patients and for those referred to him. Simon was a member of the West Yorkshire Faculty of General Dental Practitioners committee from 2013-2017 and thoroughly enjoyed his role as a tutor for dental colleagues studying towards their MJDF examination. Simon enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a keen interest in restorative dentistry, particularly endodontics. Simon has a post graduate diploma in Restorative dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons and has more recently been awarded a Masters degree with distinction in Endodontology from the University of Chester in 2023.
Simon is married with two young children and has lived in Liverpool, since moving from Leeds in 2017. In his free time Simon enjoys running, walking and spending time with his family.
