What is Clinical Buccal Therapy™?
Clinical Buccal Therapy™ is a clinically informed facial therapy designed to address TMJ dysfunction (TMD), bruxism (teeth clenching/grinding), jaw clicking or locking, limited jaw opening, chronic facial tension, tension headaches, tinnitus associated with jaw tension, sinus pressure linked to facial restriction, post-dental treatment muscular discomfort.
Delivered in partnership with dental practices nationwide, our treatment combines advanced intra-oral therapy with photobiomodulation (red light therapy) using the medical-grade laser device to reduce pain and accelerate tissue recovery.
Jaw pain rarely starts and ends at the joint. Clinical Buccal Therapy™ works through the facial and intraoral muscle tension that can contribute to TMJ symptoms, bruxism-related tightness and daily discomfort.
- No injections or surgery required
- Targets deep intraoral jaw muscles
- Suitable for jaw clicking, locking, stiffness and facial tension
- Delivered by trained practitioners in clinical dental settings

What does Buccal Therapy™ Treat?
Teeth grinding
Stop bruxism and reclaim peaceful sleep without pharmaceutical intervention or invasive procedures.
Jaw clenching
Release chronic tension that builds throughout the day and triggers cascading pain patterns.
Tinnitus
Quiet the ringing by addressing muscular pressure on surrounding structures and nerves.
Sinusitis
Improve drainage and reduce inflammation through targeted release of facial muscle tension.
Addressing the muscular component of TMJ dysfunction
TMJ-related disorders are increasing due to stress, bruxism, orthodontic intervention, postural strain and modern lifestyle habits.
While occlusal splints and dental appliances can help, muscular dysfunction often remains untreated. We work to reduce tension in the tissues that may be driving symptoms.
- Jaw pain, clicking and locking
- Chronic headaches and facial tension
- Support alongside dental appliances
- Discomfort linked with clenching and bruxism
